I love how he nearly bursts out giggling in that song, like he was laughing about getting it past the censors (which were pretty strict about drug references).

LOL, I used to ask the ladies at department stores questions like "does opium have real opium?" "Are the princess borghese cosmetics made by a REAL princess?"
I also saw Bob Dylan at ACL - interesting, cool.

The Yoda baby is so cute I wanna eat it.
Just kidding.
I would like to cuddle it rather than marinate it in ketchup for a light dinner.

I got to see him back in 1997 when he did this little club tour. It was the loudest show I had seen up to that point. I thought the band was a little cheesy, too. I wish he would do a solo tour, but I guess he feels more comfortable with the band.

Your costume is great. More original and interesting than one with a single theme.

I've seen Bob twice. the first time was incredible. the second time, not so much. But its one of those things to say that you've seen Bob Dylan.
I think he's on his way back though, he's doing a lot more and seems somewhat excited to perform. But he's still going to be croaky ol' Bob Dylan.

Seeing Bob Dylan live has to be one of the most awesome experiences you can have. You're really lucky.

Some of his songs are better when sung by someone else, since his songwriting tends to be better than his voice. I really love Dave Matthews' covers of "All along the watchtower", which he's done many times and it's never the same twice. I never cared for Dylan's original "Chimes of Freedom", but I love the versions by Bruce Springsteen & Youssou N'dour.
